As an authorized client and user of services by Bloodhound LLC, you agree that you intend to use any and all information provided to you by Bloodhound LLC and its employees only for a use which will clearly cause no emotional or physical harm to a person who is a subject of the inquiry. You also agree that you will not, either personally or through your company, employer, or anyone else, use any information provided to you by Bloodhound LLC or its employees for credit granting, credit monitoring, account review, insurance underwriting, employment or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681 et seq, ("FCRA"), Federal Trade Commission interpretations of the FCRA, and similar state statutes. Any information purchased from Bloodhound LLC may not be used for purposes such as deciding whether to hire an individual for employment or for determining an individual's eligibility to receive insurance.
Bloodhound LLC will not seek nor provide any public record for Public Officials, Famous People, Members of the Armed Services, Law Enforcement Officers or minors.
Resale of Information. Bloodhound LLC uses proprietary systems and methods for providing access to billions of public records. The resale, without express written consent, of any informaiton provided by Bloodhound LLC is strictly prohibited.
